Account-based workflow
How TelegramAutomation works
The platform follows a clear account-first workflow. You select one Telegram account, work only with that account’s destinations, and control its automation independently from every other account.
1. Create a workspace account
Register with a username and password, then sign in to the protected dashboard. An optional Telegram username can be added for support communication.
2. Authorize your Telegram account
Enter the phone number for an account you control. Complete Telegram’s verification-code flow and, if required, two-step verification. Each successful connection creates an encrypted server-side session.
3. Sync authorized destinations
Refresh the selected account to retrieve accessible groups and channels where posting is possible. The system does not merge results from other accounts.
4. Build templates and destination sets
Prepare reusable message templates and organize destinations into named sets such as announcements, partners, or archived audiences. A set always belongs to its Telegram account.
5. Test, schedule, and monitor
Send the platform’s required test message, then configure the interval and start the automation. Monitor delivery history, translated errors, allowlist or blocklist status, replies, and reactions from the dashboard.
