Terms of use and KVKK privacy notice

TelegramAutomation operates under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This notice explains the platform rules and the principles used when processing personal data under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

TelegramAutomation and contact

Service and data controller name: TelegramAutomation. Website: https://telegramautomation.com/. TelegramAutomation manages the platform’s membership, security, automation, support, and legal-request processes.

Service, support, and data-protection requests may be submitted through the in-product Support Centre or Telegram @onaylislemci. Announcement channel: @tlgautomation. The applicant’s identity is verified before a request involving personal data is concluded.

User data protection commitment

TelegramAutomation does not sell or rent personal data, build advertising profiles from it, or disclose it to third parties for unrelated commercial gain. Data is processed only to create and secure the account, connect an authorised Telegram account, operate requested automations, enforce subscription limits, and resolve support requests.

Panel passwords are stored as non-reversible password hashes. Telegram session credentials are encrypted on the server. Telegram login codes and two-step verification passwords are used only during authentication and are not retained as reusable credentials.

Access to user data is limited according to operational need. If unauthorised access is suspected, relevant sessions may be terminated, the incident is investigated, and affected persons or competent authorities are notified where required by law.

Users may request access to their data, correction of inaccurate data, and deletion where no legal retention duty remains. When an account is closed, data no longer needed for the service is deleted, destroyed, or anonymised under the retention and disposal process.

Service scope and acceptable use

The service helps members connect Telegram accounts they control, organize accessible groups and channels, prepare templates, schedule authorized communications, and review operational results. Users remain responsible for the legality, content, audience, frequency, and Telegram permissions of every action.

Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, impersonation, unlawful content, unauthorized account access, and attempts to bypass Telegram limits or destination restrictions are prohibited. Access may be suspended to protect users, the service, or third parties.

Membership, renewal, suspension, and termination

Account limits and membership periods are shown before activation. Paid membership terms, price, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund information must be presented to the consumer before purchase in accordance with applicable Turkish consumer and distance-contract rules.

Automations stop when membership expires or when the account is suspended for security, legal, or material rule violations. Users may request account closure; legally required records and records needed to establish or defend a right may be retained for the applicable period.

Personal data processed and purposes

Depending on use, the platform may process account and contact data (name, username, optional Telegram username), encrypted Telegram session and account metadata, destination and configuration data, delivery and error records, replies and reactions, support tickets, security logs, and membership or payment-notification records. Telegram verification codes and two-step passwords are not intended for permanent storage.

Data is used to create and secure accounts, provide requested automation functions, enforce account and membership limits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot incidents, communicate service notices, respond to support and legal requests, and meet legal obligations.

Legal grounds, collection, recipients, and transfers

Data may be processed when necessary to establish or perform the service contract, comply with a legal obligation, establish or protect a right, or pursue the data controller’s legitimate interests without harming fundamental rights. Explicit consent is used only where the law requires it and is not bundled with disclosures.

Data is collected through registration forms, account connection, platform actions, technical logs, support requests, and service providers. It may be shared on a need-to-know basis with hosting and infrastructure providers, payment or communication providers used by the operator, professional advisers, and authorized public bodies. Telegram processes data independently under its own terms when an account communicates through Telegram. Any cross-border transfer must follow the current KVKK transfer rules and safeguards.

Retention, security, cookies, and local storage

Personal data is retained while the account is active and for as long as it is needed for service, security, or legal obligations. After account closure, data with no continuing legal basis is deleted, destroyed, or anonymised during the applicable disposal process. Accounting, dispute, and other records subject to a statutory retention duty are kept only for that statutory period and then disposed of.

Technical and administrative measures include access control, password hashing, session encryption, tenant isolation, audit records, backups, update management, and incident procedures. The browser may store the language, theme, dismissed-announcement identifier, authentication token, and security preferences needed for the service.

KVKK rights and governing law

Data subjects may exercise the rights listed in KVKK Article 11, including learning whether data is processed, requesting information, learning the purpose and recipients, requesting correction or deletion where conditions are met, objecting to certain automated outcomes, and claiming compensation for unlawful processing. Requests must be sent through the verified channel published by the data controller.

Turkish law applies. Mandatory consumer rights and the authority of consumer arbitration committees or courts are reserved. Other disputes are handled by the competent courts and enforcement offices determined under applicable Turkish law. Requests are answered within the period and by the method required under applicable law.
